Who we are
This website is operated by Capital Properties, a property services business based in Narela, New Delhi, Delhi – 110040, founded by Ramveer Yadav.
Information we receive
We only receive information that you choose to send us:
- When you call us, we see your phone number and anything you tell us.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your message and the contact details linked to your WhatsApp or email account.
- The enquiry forms on this website do not store or transmit your details to us or to any server. They prepare a message in WhatsApp or your email app, and your enquiry reaches us only if you press Send there.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your property requirement.
- To provide the services you ask us for.
- To keep a record of our communication with you.
We do not sell your personal information.
When information may be shared
If you ask us to proceed with a service, we may need to share relevant details with the other parties involved — for example a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, lender or a professional such as a lawyer — only as needed for that service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Third-party services
- WhatsApp and email providers handle messages you send us under their own privacy policies.
- Google Fonts: this website loads fonts from Google’s servers, which receive your device’s IP address when the page loads.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics tracking at present. It stores one small setting in your browser’s local storage to remember that you closed the enquiry pop-up, so it is not shown again for a while; no personal information is stored. If this changes, we will update this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry communication for as long as it is needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet any legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us by contacting us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
